Another Disney IT Disaster

I’m there Xmas, so tried to reserve an ADR for Xmas day. Don’t think I need it as I have Landrys card but tried anyway.
On the website, I cannot even select Xmas day, it only allows me to book 1 day of ADR from check in.
On the app, it is selectable, but when trying to select, it says server not available, try later.
I’m now a day past the reservation day, with zero ADR. Good job we don’t do many table service and mainly do quick serve.
Interestingly, also on the app, it isn’t allowing me to book ADR across my split stay, just the first tranche.
Disaster all around.

I couldn't book ADR's across a split stay had to wait for the 2nd 180 days to start before I could book the last lot

I wasn’t able to book across my split stay. I check out of BWV and into BLT on 30 December so today I should have been able to book any ADRs for 31st but because it doesn’t recognise the split stay I can’t. Had to phone up member services which means you are trying to book 3 hours after you should have been able to on the app (app bookings available 6am EST, member services doesn’t open till 9am EST)

Was hoping to book Topolino Terrace for NYE for early dinner (5:30pm ish) so I can watch the early showing of Epcot NYE fireworks at 6:30pm but as I suspected they aren’t taking reservations for that day as I suspect they’ll announce a pricey NYE ticketed party like at cali Grill. Very disappointing

Yes it's very disappointing, I'm just glad I'm not after difficult to book ADRs so it doesn't impact me too much.

YT couldn't book across ours either but I contacted MS & they did book me the 2 that I was after, they were the only ones that could override the "split" even though I contacted Disney CM & was told that i could be done!

Get the right person on the phone and they can be awesome. We had this ref our May fast pass selection whereby my whole booking just froze.

Some lovely Lady booked me 3 weeks worth in 10 mins flat. Plus she told me she could do any ADRs I wanted even if the place was full.
