Mickey's not so scary Halloween party

We are not doing Disney but will be doing Mickey's not so scary Halloween party. I'm sure that I read somewhere on here that we need to do something with the tickets before we go. I can't find it now. I was wondering if anyone could let me know.

There isn't anything you NEED to do, but it will help if you link the tickets to MDE - this will enable you to book FastPasses on the day (up until 6pm, I think?) This is easily done in the MDE app.

Linking to MDE and booking FP+ ?
As I understand it, you can get into MK at 4pm and book 3 FP+ between 4-7pm before the party starts.

The park closes at 6pm so no fast pass after 6.
