Girls school trousers

Hi there
I need to get my 5 yr old some school trousers, she cant wear tights as it irritates her ezcema but when i have got trousers in the past they always seem to be too small in waist but right length or opposite way round. Can anyone recommend a good shop for trousers, only other thing is to take her into town on a saturday and make her try loads on!

thanks

Erica

I used Debenhams in previous years, they were good quality with a waist that you could expand should you need to. x

i always get the kids school trousers from M&S, they have the adjustable waisted ones and in some styles also offer longer length too. My dd is skinny but tall and their trousers fit her great and also they are pull on, no buttons to worry

These are what my dd wears

I thought M&S did school uniform for eczema a few years ago? Not sure if they still do them, but think if so they would be available on line.

BHS have a wide range of fittings including slim and generous fit.

Another vote for Next, they also do both standard and generous fit with adjustable waists.

My DD wears the Jersey ones from Next, she can't stand anything tight or uncomfortable around her waist and these seem to do the trick.

They also do normal trousers in a plus fit which are more generous around the waist.
