My did loves them, but you definitely need to clean the bath straight away. She and ds girlfriend loves the snow fairy products at Xmas.
Bought the massive box last year in January sales for them this year, will let you know soon if it kept for a year.

Some are worse than others for leaving a residue. My daughter used intergalactic the other night and it needed a good scrub to get rid of glitter and colour.
I love the bubble bars and you can get several baths out of them. My favourite is The Comforter.

I don't like the bath bombs however the bubble bars are amazing!
I love the Rose Jam an I always cut it into 4 as you get plenty of bubbles from just a quarter so value for money too!

Love them but they do leave colour behind, sometimes glitter, seaweed etc but I've always just managed to clean the bath OK after x

I have used many bath bomb's and none have ever left a residue, nor do they make your bath feel gritty.
Just ask in store and they will tell you all of the ones that do not have any glitter. Some of them are just glitter bombs and I have seen the mess they leave behind and I would avoid them. Just Google cat and intergalactic bath bomb and you will see what gets left behind 😊😊😊 The bubble bars are also really good The bubble bars and some bath bombs can make your water feel soft, it is hard to explain but you can feel a difference in the water |

Funnily enough I've just been upstairs and noticed my DD15 didn't clean the bath out after her 'Lush' bath bomb last night and it looks like someone has sprinkled baking soda in the bath. Hubby has banned her from using the glittery ones after he spent 3 days trying to get the sparkle out of his chest hair and goaty

I'm a mega Lushie have noticed that the longer it's been since I've scrubbed the bath, the more likely the bombs are to leave residue. It's because it clings to any waxy dirt thats on the sides of the bath IMO because I've never known any to leave a mark when I've just washed the bath. Oh apart from Lava Lamp - that one leaves a black film from the black spots on the bomb. Anything that's oil heavy will leave a thin film but should be easily rinsed away.
The bombs with a lot of lustre are very glittery but don't feel gritty in the bath. If you don't like things floating in the water I'd avoid Tisty Toasty (which has petals) and Big Blue (which has seaweed in). Fizzbanger also has a piece of paper that floats out but it's not really 'debris'. |
