Cancel and rebook?
We have a cruise around Europe booked with RCI for May next year. The cruise included a “free” drinks package.
I was bored last night and had a look at the cruise and the price has dropped by about £700 for the same grade of cabin. The only difference I can see is that there is now no free drinks package, but there are no gratuities as they are waived and there is free WiFi. The gratuities would have been £180, so that more than covers what we paid for the deposit. I’m really tempted to cancel and rebook at the new price, there is no way we would drink £700 worth of drinks on the cruise. Should I?

I would - £700 is not to be sneezed at.

I would too. RCI like to offer the ‘free’ drinks package early to entice people, it’s normally the most expensive way of booking I think.
