Extra baggage allowance?

Morning. We are currently half way through our trip to Disney and have now fully woken up.

Before leaving the UK we booked and paid for extra baggage on the return journey.

Does anyone know if this is being honoured on the repatriation flights?

I appreciate this may be seen as being insensitive at this moment in time.

I’ve just commented on your other post, but I’m interested in this as well. My daughter and her boyfriend are due back on Thursday and they flew out premium (or whatever it was called) and paid for two extra bags home. She’s panicking about it and I’ve no idea who to ask.

So our friends left Orlando today on a virgin plane and they were originally PE they also had booked 2 extra cases,there was no problems with their luggage allowance when they were checking in.

According to the CAA website they cannot guarantee any extras like meals, class of travel etc that where originally booked with TC on the repatriation flights. The remit is just to get you home. So I suspect it would be down to the carrier at the time.
