Manchester to Orlando via Philadelphia

Booked for July 2020.
Is 2 hours long enough to get through immigration and back through security?
Do they fast track transfers like at JFK?

We had a similar transfer time last year, think we had 2hrs 5mins, and we managed it with 45 mins to spare. We travelled memorial day weekend and when we arrived at Philadelphia airport immigration it was practically empty. Not sure if we got lucky, but it was definitely a much easier process than i had imagined.

A few people have booked this and asked recently, we did it and got delayed flying out of Manchester, my sis only had 2 hrs wait which with the delay gave her 1hr to get through everything, AA staff helped by taking her through staff customs and she only just made it, I had a 4 hr wait (3 with delay) that was much better.

We have just over two hours next July. Fingers crossed we’ll be ok.🤞🏻

We went through Philly a few years ago and security was rammed and moving very slowly. We spoke to someone about a smoking area and he pointed us down to the railway platform that runs through the airport. We then walked along it to our next terminal and back up to a nearly empty security check.

WE have done this and had no problem . If you miss your connection they will just put you on the next one.
