Avis App Cant Find My Reservation... Help?

When i log onto Avis Website and put my reservation in everything comes up.

Not so on the app under upcoming reservations.

Cant find it

Is this anything to do with the car being booked through BA?

If you call Avis they will help you sort it out

If you're putting the actually BA reservation into the Avis app then it won't work - You'll need the actually Car Hire reservation ref from the car hire voucher (which you can find when you go into your actual BA package reservation)

I've had this loads of times, and have just emailed Avis with my preferred reference number along with the BA car hire voucher number and they have added it for me.
