Ripley's in Times Square -- Took my teens a couple years ago on Halloween. They were full of beans and thought it was a laugh. I thought it was pants. Should have gone to the wax museum!

Whilst in Central Park, go to Loeb Boathouse and rent a rowboat for an hour. Beautiful views just sitting out in the middle of the water.
Check out Easter offers at restaurants with opentable. I've heard they have some good ones. You'll be there for Earth Day (Monday). Several good NYC events to enjoy all week.
