Looking for some hints and tips of must see things and hidden gems!

Any suggestions of super cool instagrammable locations also

Spending Valentines weekend there and have the Saturday 15th to explore.

Would love a suggestion of a really fancy restaurant for dinner that night (with veggie options!).

I’m veggie and went to Venice a few years ago, loads of options everywhere! You will not go hungry!

Do just that explore, wander to your hearts content you will not be disappointed. We found the further you got away from the touristy crowds the nicer it was 😊deserted canals, little churches , beautiful architecture around every corner.

Get the Vaparetto across to San Giorgio Maggiore
Island ( one stop ) and visit the museum, church and the bell tower for spectacular views over St Marks and San Marco, museum and church.

We went in July and loved San Giorgio maggiore and agree the views were amazing. E also went to the T Fondaco roof terrace which is on the top of a shopping mall and is free, you just book a time slot online and that also gave great views. We did a gondola ride, went to murano and burano and also just wandered around on foot, that was the best bit!
