Does any of the fans out there know roughly when the teams will release the single game tickets for Spring Training.

It differs from team to team, there isn't a fixed date.
Quite a few should be on sale already, I know Atlanta Braves are selling spring training single games

Fellow UK Baseball fan here - I plan on taking the wife and girls to there first ball game when we visit in July 2020. Tampa Rays are at home on our second day of an 18 night stay, but also keeping an eye on the Lakeland Tiger's schedule for an evening game.
