refund tracking

i thought it might be useful to have a thread to track our refunds, like we have previously for mde linking. i’ve paid by direct debit so supposedly will be refunded within two weeks. we shall see. i changed the direct debit over half way through so will be interested to see when each amount hits the different accounts.

i also need to claim for the deposit debit card payment on october 7th.

We’ve paid by credit card. I called them and they told me to go through ABTA. I really had to insist I wanted to make a claim under section 75 of the consumer credit act. I’m still waiting for the form they have send out.

I paid using my M&S credit card. Filled out a claim form and sent it off on 25 September and got my refund yesterday. Just waiting for them to transfer it back into my bank account now.

I also paid using M & S credit card. My claim was posted on the 24th and refunded yesterday. I haven't requested it to be transferred to my bank account as I've subsequently booked KLM/Virgin flights and used the same card so that'll cover the costs and leave me a credit balance on my card - think I might make a payment off my Disney balance so it doesn't get used for random stuff!

I raised a request with Tesco as booked on my credit card, I’ve received a general email telling me that they won’t be refunding me and I need to claim via ATOL - will be submitting tomorrow when I get a chance.

Really frustrating as the full payment for my rebooked holiday is going to be taken by Tesco in 2 weeks so I’ll be twice out of pocket. I queried it but they won’t put a hold on it. Grrr!

Look at your internet banking if you have it. The inbox has a section where you can see active disputes. Mine says expected resolution by yesterday but not heard anything yet
