True. I'm hoping it doesn't take the full 60 days frankly. Fingers crossed.

I was very surprised at how quick it was to fill in (I was at work so the rush had died down by the time I had the chance to fill mine in, so no crashes for me!) and how little detail they need.

I paid by direct debit for the whole holiday so am I right in thinking it will just automatically be paid back into the account paid from ? Also I made a debit card payment for allocated seating will I be able to claim this back as it wasn’t part of the direct debit plan just an extra payment made. Would I need to do an ATOL claim for this ?

I received our money back today, but not the whole amount so I’m guessing I need to make a claim for the extras I had paid for unless these aren’t covered by ATOL

I’m really pulling my hair out here.
The website is indeed very simple however we can’t find the last receipt we paid which is the one thing they ask for.
We’ve scoured the emails thinking they normally send an update after payment and can’t find that either.
The problem is that we paid cash, I also remember there was one occasion when the printers weren’t working in store and they said they’d send an email.
I’m really worried now that we won’t be able to claim all the money back and we’re relying on it for our rebooked trip.
I know the approximate date we paid so I’m wondering if I should put an approximate down.
This is so frustrating

They’ll know what you paid. And when.

I would call them. With so many claims, this has bound to have happened already.

Can you look when you withdrew the money from the bank?

Thank you, I’ll give them a call.
I can’t review bank details as I used money I had been given as a gift for a special Birthday I’d had. The first few payments are fine we have allsorts of receipts/statements for that. It’s the last one amounting to £200 that’s the issue.

And I know roughly when I paid them which was in June as I was off work due to one of my pets having a serious operation. I just can’t remember which day it was!

We got our DD payments refunded into our bank yesterday... those were our instalment payment plan.

Advised that our initial deposit, which was Visa Debit POS, should be "end of the month"...

So, things are moving, which is nice
