Thomas cook gold medal?

I had an email from them this afternoon saying they maybe able to save our virgin flights and hotel? Anyone else had one of these sorts of emails? I’m wondering if it’s a scam?

First thought was it was a scam, but this might be worth a read. Does any of your paperwork refer to Gold Medal?

When I called Disney to see what I could do to salvage my booking, they recommended Gold Medal as an agency who could look at taking over my booking. I haven’t used them myself but on this basis, I wouldn’t be concerned about using them.
