I'm wondering if is this normal for the crew to book out this row? (44 a & b)

Both of these seats are booked out already for our inbound and outbound so just curious whether we book 43 a & b.

They were used by crew on my flight last month. We had the last row on the opposite side but crew definitely rested in 44ab. There were curtains around them so I assume it is reserved for them?
