Magic Bands Help

Hey everyone, i've just tried today to order our magic bands, but that part of the website fails to load!

Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, virtually everyone since they introduced the upgraded band options. It doesn't work 99% of the time, you have to keep trying, it could take weeks or months if you want anything but the free coloured bands.

I did. I tried for a long time (months) and it never fixed itself. I called Disney and they did something at the back end which sorted it instantly.

I have been able to look at magic bands ever since we booked holiday. This last couple weeks just comes up with Wreck it Ralph saying url not valid. Has anyone got any idea how to sort this please.
