So angry - orlando attraction tickets

I ordered 3 park Seaworld tickets last night via Orlando Attraction tickets. Clearly says in the attached advert includes free fun spot tickets only they don’t! Completely false advertising. So annoyed!

Oh yes! But all they keep saying is the offer isn’t included! I’ve asked to cancel my order and sent them the screen shot as well. Totally false advertising! 🤬

There is a thread just below and dibbers have managed to get the free funspot tickets, perhaps ask them how?

You had to use the banner that said Black friday deals on the website. If you dont then you dont get the free fun spot tickets. I did it both ways and they were not there if you didnt follw the banner ad

I got the tickets yesterday myself and they were Cheaper clicking on the black friday ad than searching for tickets the other way

I did go via the banner and the Seaworld tickets were on there as per the screen shot. I’ve cancelled my booking now anyway, I just feel it was very misleading.
