Anyone stayed at Watersong?
Looking at possibly staying here.
Like the idea of the conservative area and not being overlooked. Is it far from the parks?

I was but I've read a couple of negative reviews regarding noisy neighbours there and it is very built up.
Also, I like the idea of having a lake behind our villa. Very observant Steve

Yes I’ve stayed here, and some people we know also own a place here.
Conclusion- nice place but we spent a lot of time driving. Too far out for us and for that reason would not pick it again. I have maybe stayed in 20 villas and condos all over Orlando and my favourite area by far was Vista Cay if that is any help. |

We stayed there a couple of years ago. Compared with other communities we've stayed at (including Champions Gate) its a longer drive. We said we'd not go back there for that reason (approx 10 mins longer each way. Also the lake behind our property was dried up because of the dry spell they were having

I thought it might be a bit further out.
How long on average would it take to get to Disney and Universal from Watersong?

It's on the dibb menu on the side when it comes up click community
Scroll down click watersong then click on one of the yellow icons they are dibb villa it will show a pick attraction box scroll and click then you will get driving directions and times I'm typing this on probably an equally prehistoric iPad as I've not unpacked mine after arriving home on Sunday Approx 29 mins to MK and 35 to US It shown on mine there are no dibb villas on the Retreat so no comparison you can do I'm afraid |
