I hadn't received a confirmation so I checked the booking on the jet2 website and it shows cancelled on there. Original booking is still confirmed though.

The prices for my dates came down again this morning. I've rebooked with Hertz (as opposed to Dollar). It all went through okay but awaiting confirmation.

I used a different email address this time to rebook and didn't have any problems. I've never had a confirmation email with any of the bookings, I just keep refreshing the booking page till I see it's been confirmed. My booking yesterday confirmed within a couple of hours.
Since someone mentioned it, I've also been a bit nervous about not having the extra insurance, what's everyone's thoughts on this? Not sure it's really necessary?

Mine is different companies. I was able to have two bookings earlier in the week though and it wasn’t questioned.

A tank of fuel is never included unless it specifically states, often referred to as a fuel service option.

You receive the car full and return it full.
