Klook - Disney tickets

I am 17 days and 31 messages on with Klook and now no further forward at this point! They have now said that due to lack of man power it could take between 6 - 12 weeks to get an answer! I’m not impressed at all. I have asked for a contact phone number for someone in authority to speak to - we will see...

I have received an email now stating that the tickets are extended to the 31st December 2021. This is off the same person who the other day said they were extended to 31st December 2022, totally contradicting themselves.
Just don't know what's going on, its ridiculous.

I phoned Disney directly in the end and although it took me a long time to speak to someone and more money than I’d hoped - we at least have our tickets extended until 14th Jan 2023. Now I just have to hope we can either get out there the end of this year or at some point next year.

I think this is what I am going to do this week. Klook just keep fobbing me off.
How much extra was it in the end per ticket? At least it will give me some sort of idea as I have 5 tickets and my sister has 7.

I ended up paying just over £400 for 3 tickets - I have actually e-mailed Disney to say that I think they have way overcharged me and that I felt I had to pay or face starting all over again with more phone calls. Not sure I’ll get a reply but I feel a bit better for letting them know I feel a bit ripped off by it all 😬.

Omg that is extortionate isn't it. Hopefully you will hear back off them. I might hold out a couple of weeks as someone said to wait a bit longer as Disney are trying to sort something out. If not I am definitely going to call them.
Someone said that they had paid around £50 per person. Will have too wait and see. I was not expecting you to come back with that for 3 tickets.

I know - I was really taken aback and did argue it on the phone but the guy was having none of it ! I did see on another thread that someone had been told to wait a couple of weeks as Disney might be doing something. I’ll be gutted if they extend them for free ... will just have to wait and see what happens and then decide if to phone Disney again. Let me know how you get on.
