Well it was a hit, apart from the fact that there was way too much food!
 Chilli and garlic king prawns, hummus with sourdough and Andalusian style chicken.  Albondigas, manchego cheese, olives, Serrano ham, marinated halloumi and mini tomato bruschetta.  Patatas Bravas, grilled asparagus with lemon and almonds, chorizo in red wine. (The chorizo looks burnt but it was delicious- I reduced the sauce right down until it was nearly a syrup!)  Thank you all so much for your suggestions- we had a delicious dinner with far too much food. Yay for leftovers

Love this type of cooking at home, great sharing food and it always tastes better the next day. |
