Disney Online Check in - Shambles

I have been up since 5am trying to check in, I had read it could be a little slow, but it's not slow, it's actually impossible.

On the facebook group I am on, a handful of people have managed but most people are in the same boat as me. I have to upload 7 photos (2 each for adults, 1 for the child) and so far haven't managed to upload a single one. The system just spins for ages and then says session expired.

I am absolutley appalled. I can accept slow, but not totally broken. This is by no means cheap, and having to fight to check in. I want an early boarding time, but at this rate I will be lucky to board at all.

We all know Disney IT is pants.

Did you book the show? (And kids club if needed?). You can do those without checking in.

I have booked the show, I would have been furious if I had missed out on that.

I would like an early port time as on such a short cruise very minute counts.

And I think when I'm paying a small fortune for 4 nights that I should be able to check in without IT problems.

Took me about 8 hours originally going on and off during the day and that was just for two of us. Just done other things waiting for it to work, cut grass, clean car etc.
They still got rejected and had to do again.
Then you have Prenetics to deal with.
Don't stress you'll get there eventually.
Just book shows, spa, kids club first and go back to the online check-in.
Have you got photos ready to go.
It was easier on laptop or netbook than phone.

Have tried phone iPad and pc.

PAT is 1.45pm boarding group 10.

Felt like getting a BG for ROTR 😆

I had similar 2 weeks back and finally managed mid afternoon - I also got a PaT of 1:30 which I was happy with

It was so frustrating though overall

I have managed it, all of a sudden it started to work and i did the final 3 people in about 5 minutes.

Glad you got there in the end!

I’m on a sat off on our check in day, from reading everyone’s experiences, I’m not getting up at 5 am, will just take our chances later.
