Disney Online Check in - Shambles

I just checked in and it was thankfully no problem. I uploaded the photos onto my phone last night and they went through quickly. My husbands passport photo refused to go through so I manually filled out his information and carried on but when I went back into his profile the photo was there so if you are uploading a photo and the blue circle disappears and it looks like it has done nothing, maybe continue filling out the form and then go back into your booking as the photo may be ok. Hope that makes sense! Got boarding group 4

Just did mine this morning too so assume we must be on the same cruise?

Also had exactly the same thing happen to me, uploaded the photos on my phone and got the blue circle but I couldn't see the photos, but it let me save and move on. I carried on with all the other sections and got my PAT form. When I went back to check on my laptop all the photos were there.

Waiting to see if my photos/id get accepted now...

I would really appreciate some help please.
I want to be prepared for our check in next weekend. Our party consists of my husband and myself plus our daughter, son in law, granddaughter and grandson.
I have search the Disney Cruiseline site but can not find details of what photos we will need and as they will not be with me when I check in I need to get whatever I need from them before the weekend.
Plus people are mentioning Prenetics, what is that?
If someone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

You need to create am account with project-screen Prenetics 30 days before the cruise and set up profiles for all members of your party so you can upload confirmation of your vaccination status or test results for those not jabbed.
At online Check-in you need copies of everyone’s passport, a credit card to charge items bought on board to your stateroom, and a head and shoulders passport type photo of all members of your party. It has to be different from your passport photo and preferably without glasses or hats. It speeds things up if you’ve got the photos on your phone/tablet beforehand. Good luck!

Hi all,

Can I ask if you need your passport details or an actual photograph of your passport to check in?

Also, do you have to do the Prenetics thing when you check in or can you add that later. We'd like to get an early port arrival time but we might have difficulty getting the prenetics thing set up by our check in date.
