Mobile Stag do BBQ

Not ideal but due to the current situation ds27 is having the afternoon of his stag do at his own house as it's the week before the wedding they decided a pub crawl wasn't the best idea.

Ideas please of what BBQ food to have - only 9 of them Inc our other son and DH. We want to prepare as much as we can the day before but it's also 150 miles away and no time on the day to food shop.

Sorry cant help but my friend's husband went on a stag do, then a few of them tested positive meaning isolation instead of wedding - I would suggest any stag is at least two weeks before!

If it's in the garden and not pubs I don't see the difference between any small outside gathering. Maybe they could all do a lateral flow test before for piece of mind.
With regards to food. I'd get some good quality burgers and made up kebabs, maybe from a local farm shop. So long as they are in a cool bag with ice packs they will transport fine.

I would still leave it at least two weeks before, if it rains they’ll go indoors, and alcohol has a funny way of making people forget to stay apart. It only takes one to test positive!

Unfortunately we can't move the date. Just wanted ideas on BBQ food.

So I 100% recommended marksies belly pork, it's a bbq taste sensation. And Asda do lovely Korean chicken wings which you can pre cook in the oven then lash on the bbq to finish up. Corn on the cob and asparagus is lovely on the grill. I hope they have a wonderful time 😁

Depends how fancy you want to go, can't go wrong with hot dogs, burgers and steaks - simple to cook and good for absorbing booze
