We are having marinated steak with salad tonight - I will be happy with that but I have a feeling I may have to add new potatoes for the male members of the family or they will moan about being given rations !

I have got one, fussy kids (adults) don’t like anything I cook. I’ve made beef bourguignon, chicken Chasseur, curry’s, stews and they don’t like them apart from dd and dh who love them. Bloody pain my family

Would she eat roasted Mediterranean veg ? Can buy that all prepared if you want or make your own. I love that just with chicken or steak .

My go to is always jacket potatoes. Slow cooker if I remember in enough time, microwave if not.

I also meal prep so roasted an oven full of veg that I can just reheat over the next few days. Served with whatever protein source I feel like done in the George foreman, find it doesn't heat up the room as much as the hob. I don't barbecue.

I’m doing home made Nando’s. Chicken with the Nando’s rub and marinade. Corn on the cob, spicy rice and salad.

Tomorrow I’m doing crispy duck in the air fryer with pancakes, cucumber, spring onions and hoisin sauce.
