DCL San Diego-Vancouver plus Disneyland?
Doing the staycation cruise next month and thinking about placeholders!
I see there is a cruise from San Diego to Vancouver in April. Thinking we could combine this with Disneyland. We don’t drive so would get the train between Anaheim and San Diego. Any thoughts?

Sounds like a perfect idea to me!
What order are you thinking of (as I guess you’ll be constrained by the cruise)? Does it call at San Fransisco? Walt Disney Family museum is a must for any dyed in the wool Disney fans. Any idea about length of time in each location?

It does call at San Francisco but only for a day.
I reckon we would do 4 days at Disneyland, maybe a day in San Diego, then the cruise which ends in Vancouver. Add on a day or two in Vancouver and fly home.

I’d definitely do a day in SF, it’s my fave city by far! Lucky to have been twice it’s so amazing & a very different American city compared to NY!

I only had a day in San Fransisco and it’s very possible to do the museum - you can do it easily in half a day.
Just noticed this is posted in trip reports - you may get more traffic in planning at the moment - not sure how many trippies are being posted lately! Vancouver is definitely worth a couple of days - cannot wait to go back there as soon as foreign travel opens up again 😊 |

San Diego deserves more than a day, if you can manage it
Four days at Disneyland is great

Love the sound of this! Absolutely love San Diego, probably a little biased as we got married there 😀
Maybe I’ll look into it, sounds right up my street!
