Renting to US residents, how?

I used the face book page tried selling just the points, as well as tried two different confirmed reservations. In the end I found the best way was to reply first thing in the morning (whilst US asleep) to as many unanswered requests as possible, I felt a bit like a travel agent keep looking what was available but ended up with three all interested at the same time and managed to rent out a two night and a one night stay to families from Florida at $15 per point which I was happy with👍

just sold mine

1 night in BLT with a lake view -- 19 points, i sold them for $14 a point, so just under £200, i booked it, sent them a screenshot of the booking, they paid me via paypal friends and family

they are from north palm beach, its a 2 hour drive from door to parking lot, how nice would that be i would love a day at WDW

i will lose 1 point, but i wont lose much sleep over that

Got an email from David’s today (have never used them) OMG they have sooooo many reservations for Sale from now to December, so glad I sold my points on Facebook.
