Florida tix discovery cove change of date/park reservations

Hi all, I’ve changed my October 2020 trip to June 2021 (fingers crossed for then) we had a day booked at discovery cove plus made reservations for each day at seaworld/Busch gardens.

Yesterday Floridatix moved my booking to next year but I was wondering if i need to get in touch with anyone to cancel the reservations... funnily enough I tried to do this online through seaworlds website and it doesn’t recognise my order booking number. I’m hoping it’s automatically cancelled them all and I’ve asked Florida tix for clarification but yet to receive any response. What’s people’s thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Looks like their system doesn't recognise the booking numbers as i also had this for my October hols. Tried umpteen times and eventuall sent a query via their online form and just received a reply yesterday (5 weeks later) to say they had cancelled my reservation. I have another 10 days reserved at Busch gdns and Aquatica but not going to bother trying to cancel them now which is a pity as in theory it might stop others getting access on that days if their computers say they are full up.
