We stayed in a 7 bed 6 bath last year in Formosa gardens. It was a great villa. Had a huge pool with plenty of furniture. There were 4 bedrooms downstairs, with 3 en-suite and 3 upstairs with 1 en-suite with a bathroom upstairs and downstairs.
It had everything we needed. The only thing was one of the rooms downstairs had a bit of a leak when it rained, but the owner was coming in after we left to get it fixed. The location was fantastic. It was on sleeping dragon lane and I think was called mickeys magical villa or something like that. There were 5 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room. |

There are definitely some 7 BR villas on the DIBB and 1 8 BR villa - try searching using the villa search.

Stayed in a nice 7 bed on Emerald Island. Loads of big villas there and very good location.
Looking for next year and Windsor at Westside have some nice 8 beds. Lovely brand new complex. Bit further out than Emerald Island, but still a good location. One thing to note about the larger villas, some of them can have limited living areas. The Emerald Island villa was good as it had a big open plan living / dinning area so everyone could be together. Windsor at Westside have two smaller separate living areas. Have a look at one of the villa websites (HomeAway, Airbnb etc). You can search by numbers of bedrooms. |
