Just looked at Big River Grill, like the look of the menu and it say's DDP accepted but there doesn't seem to be anyway to book an ADR is this just a turn up and hope place?

They don't take ADRs. Like you say just turn up. It's very nice sitting outside people watching on the boardwalk. I'm not a big fan of the inside.

You can reserve a table directly with them

We try and squeeze in a visit every time we are in Florida. Easy to walk up during the day but can get busy on an evening so if you can book a table it's advisable.

I didnt realise you could book a table. That is good news. We actually much prefer to sit outside more than inside (weather permitting).
