Do You Always Tip The Full Amount?
Just wondering if people always tip the full amount at Disney restaurants?
The reason I ask is because it is suggested that you tip around 18% of the bill and our reservation at CRT is costing us around £195 without any extras, so if we tipped on that it would be an extra £35 which is practically another meal? Surely people aren't expected to tip £35 for a meal for 3 that will last around an hour? |

Think of it as a total, don't break it down
The full cost to you includes the tip, tax, costs, labour etc etc Only you can decide if the full cost is too much, but the tip is absolutely part of the overall cost EDIT: I'm talking in generalities here |

On a $100 meal we would tip $15 to $20, if if the service was Brilliant we would give more! When we ordered drinks once ds didnt leave a tip and the bartender was very angry! We didnt know you had to for just ordering drinks!

I do agree somewhat with tipping but I do think when you pay more per meal especially with disneys extreme inflated prices compared to the outside restaurants they are robbing you.
Don't get me wrong I will tip a certain amount but really $100+ and I've been in a few of disneys and they've expected this much and it's not been a party of customers either. I think at a certain point it should be a set amount no matter what the customer pays on the meal. |
