Harry Shaw - Booking Character dining

Hi, Asking for my sister...

They have booked to go to DLP with Harry Shaw, but she has been told they cannot book Character dining through them.

They phoned Disney, who said they need to book through their travel agent.

Anybody have any experience of this? And how do they get around this?

you can just book the character restaurant of your choice on the regular disney dining reservations number, (you can do this up to 60 days in advance) and then pay for your meal at the end. Anyone can do this, regardless of who you have booked your trip with.
