Value of Buffet voucher against table service
Daughters going to DLP on Sunday and has the buffet meals included.
She'd like to eat at the "Bistrot Chez Rémy". Am i right the voucher can be used against a set menu in a table service restaurant and if so what value is given to the voucher? thanks |

Does your daughter have the 'standard' dining plan? That includes some buffets, not all. Just to clarify, that's all.
The voucher can be used as cash, so if she wishes to eat at Remy's it can be used at face value. I'm not totally sure of the amount, but I think it's around €28. So that amount would be deducted from the bill, and she'd need to pay the rest. Bistrot Chez Remy does tend to be very popular, and so if your daughter does want to eat there, I'd recommend calling to make a reservation. I'd also recommend choosing to eat there! I hope that makes sense and answers your question! xx |

As pointed out it depends on what level her voucher is, it is the same level as her hotel. Remey should be booked if possible, it does get very busy.

We had half board plus vouchers which allows you to eat there.
When in the steakhouse he said we could use them at face value and wrote E31.50 on them. Seemed at bit weird as the menu for half board plus are E37.99 |

Oddly, full board meal vouchers have a lower cash value than half board vouchers. I assume this is because you pay less per meal when you chose to go full board. Hence why it's a bargain to buy the meal plan in advance. (If it's suitable for you). The set menus are available to everyone. It's just they're the option available to you with your voucher, plus a drink. Xx
