G-tech air ram

Hi, we’re thinking of getting one of these cordless hoovers, does anyone have one, any feedback?

Not really pleased with mine. It's light and easy to use but doesn't pick everything up and certainly doesn't do the edges by the skirting. Wish I'd put the money towards a new Dyson instead !

They have them in Costco atm. This photo from a couple of weeks ago so may well be on offer by now

My daughter has one, which I borrowed to give it a try. I wasn’t impressed either - I’d also expect it to do the edges and found it didn’t pick up everything either.

DD loves it though, but mainly due to the cordless part and it’s lightness. She lives in a townhouse with 3 flights of stairs, so can see why the positives outweight the negatives for her.

I love mine, I find it perfect for running around after work in the week and for zipping around the bedrooms but I still need to get my Miele out every week for a more thorough clean.

We have both the air ram and the handheld ( plus the lawnmower) 😀
DW loves hers and she finds it does do up to the edge of the room.🤔
The handheld is great for curtains and stairs. It's also brilliant for the cars.
The battery life is almost double that of the Dyson. 👍

I have the dyson v8 which is brilliant. It is more expensive but it’s got about £100 off atm

I had one but didn’t like it so sent it back, got a dyson animal v8 instead, that’s a bit rubbish too

My MIL has one. She likes the fact that it's light and cordless (she had a stroke a few years back and this is easier to use). However, when I've been to stay I found it didn't really pick up very well. I was having to go over and over the same spot.

Ours is a Miele and we've had it 6 years, still does a fab job.
