From memory last time I got an Estee Lauder double wear foundation (Ecru so quiet a popular colour), Tom Ford Lipstick & Perfume, Becca Eye pallete, Bobbie brown highlighter and some of the little pots of mac eyeshadows too.
When I was there in Nov they had some Jo Malone candle sets. $50 a set. When I got home I found them in John Lewis for £92 😱😂

I love Ulta, ulta. Check out the locations and brands they stock.
Also Target and Walmart have good ranges of makeup, cheap enough to try out. I stock up on mascaras and basics when I go.
Some JC Penney stores have a Sephora section to look out for. Usually less busy than the main stores and the staff will guide you or even do a mini make up. Your daughter would love it.

In 2018, there was a Sephora inside JCPenney at 6200 Grandview Pkwy, Davenport, FL 33837

Probably still there
