Mobile A few stupid questions!

Sorry if these have been answered elsewhere but I can't find anything. So I have paid the Disney travel company in full for our Aug/Sept trip on a hotel plus tkts package but I didn't get a confirmation email yet (almost a week later) however I do see it as paid in full on manage your booking. Do they send a confirmation email? Also does MDE change at all to reflect that you have paid? Eg it still gives an option to buy memory maker although we should already have it.

Have you checked in your junk email? Because my confirmation email and invoice email went in there for some reason, 🤷 No idea why.

I paid mine off a couple of weeks ago, I have not had an e mail. I just printed out the Manage My Booking page that shows that there is a zero balance. Memory Maker will always show on the app as an option until the first time you use it, then it will become active. As long as your ticket info on MDE shows with Memory Maker it is fine and will activate on first use

I didn’t get a conformation email either, but when I log into my account it says paid in full 👍

I'm beginning to think they may not send them out to everyone so I feel more chilled about it now.. thank you!
