Just ensure you're at The Sandbar or Waterfront for 6pm latest and you'll be fine, no need to book

Loved the waterfront for lunch and dinner. Went to sandbar for dinner waited about 30 mins on a Friday night. You can put your name on the list for inside and outside table. To be honest found the food a bit mediocre compared to the waterfront.

We have been to the sandbar twice, both totally opposite experiences. First visit was fantastic so went back with SIL and her family last year. Our server brought the wrong dish to SIL and said more or less that if was similar anyway, and the other half would be out shortly! Brought our mains out before we had finished our starters. Our server was abrupt, rude and hovered the whole meal. Not planning on a third visit.

Our meal in July was a bit pricey in comparison to Orlando $150 with wine, I had the crab cake and must say it was excellent. Waterfront was good too. We also tried Mr Bones the BBQ place, quirky and quite good fun ... just don't ask for fries or ketchup, it wont happen

The sandbar & Waterfront are owned by the same people.
We love both places, however at The Sandbar we felt it a more relaxed place and the sunsets whilst drinking cocktails, can't beat it. For delicious brunch food stop in Ginny & Jan'E's. Everything is freshly prepared. The French toast is amazing! |
