You can access Sephora with a VPN, I use Windscribe. It’s really easy and you get a good amount of free data which resets monthly. Just turn it on and off when you’ve finished browsing to save data 🤗

Yes, Ulta isn't bad. I've had a little gander on their website. I think I will look again closer to the time we go to see if they have any offers on or anything.
