Really struggling today.

I feel better when I've worked from home in the morning as part time. I go all lazy in the afternoon though, and can't be bothered to do much after lunch. It's cold today out so that's not inspiring me either

Well we’ve had the meeting. He put his points across well so we have to wait and see. But it’s not looking good. Just about to have lunch now and try and forget about it.

Hope everyone feels better soon - after moping all day I just had the sudden urge to clean - the kids thought I had gone mad . Maybe if I come down to a clean house in morning it will make me start the day in a more positive way .😀

I work in an inbound contact centre type job full time and it is literally non stop phone calls for 8 hours straight, it’s a tough job, but you get used to it. Anyway they didn’t relax standards when we went home, but they let things slide if people weren’t up to scratch, they announced yesterday that this won’t happen anymore and it’s back to the 3 strikes you’re out type rule, so essentially if you don’t meet your targets you’re gone potentially, which is understandable as they have a business to run.

It’s tough because some colleagues are furloughed and they openly admit they are enjoying it, they know they’ll have their job at the end of it, but whether I keep my job is questionable as I’m struggling so much to keep standards, as are a lot of us. So much pressure with everything else going on.

Yeah, I don’t understand it at all, I do get that they have a business to run, but the people who are making these decisions aren’t the ones on the receiving end. I am 100% grateful to have a job and I’m not trying to complain or anything, I guess it’s just I struggle with my anxiety and this pressure isn’t helpful for any of us.

I’m just so angry all the time recently, the slightest thing goes wrong and I’m slamming doors and cupboards, I’ve always had problems with these feelings of rage that I get, but it’s been so bad recently.

Also: I accidentally deleted my original message trying to edit it incase anyone wonders where it went!
