making a countdown

just wondering if any of you had made any form of countdown to hang on a wall

wanna try one but not sure where to start

I made one on PowerPoint and made it like a callender

I have done Mickey heads filled with Disney images..when I say I have done them...

isabel on here posted a trip report last yr and she had used them, she had gotten them from someone on another site. I went to that site as I am member their too and the wonderful people there directed me to their photobucket albums etc to help myself and when there was not one of what I wanted they very kindly did it for me.

I then have pasted it into word and added text boxes with the date in one ear and the days to go in the other ...with a transparent text box of course so the image behind is still there!
I've just done 30 days and they are about the size of a lage side plate and will have little chores or treats on the back..like go choose your swim suits you want to take and put then in the case...pick out three rides you MUST go on in MK, a pair of disney themed sunglasses etc etc! I'll be laminating them and sticking them on the hallway wall (it's not decorated yet so it doesnt matter if it gets more wrecked lol)

They are amazing and I cant wait for the kids to see them on day 30!

I'd rather have done them myself but I didnt have the software or anything to do it...that will be rectified for next time!

It has also inspired me to make my own scrapbooks and autograph books etc!

Wow that sound lovely, I wish I was artistic enough to make a planner or even scrap book
