Rebooked! Huge shout out to Charter Travel

So relieved and excited, we’ve moved our 3week trip scheduled for August 20 to August 21.

Excellent customer service from Sean at Charter Travel, we only contacted him on Sunday morning and now we’re all sorted.

At a reasonable extra charge too.

Now... where is the August 2021 thread ?

I'm going to jump on this band wagon and sing Richard's praises from the roof tops!

I cannot fault Charter Travel and in particular Richard, for their amazing service and help.
I have been booking flights, car hire and now on-site hotels through Richard since 2017. Nothing is too much trouble or difficult (and I am an awkward customer!)... would highly recommend them

Sean is a top guy; supports a rubbish football team though (just in case he's reading this ).

Supported us with a full refund for our trip we were due to go on today; and has been competitive across a number of other trips in the past 5 years or so.

We'd never use anyone else.

And of course not forgetting how fantastic Leah has been from day one! Oh, and a special mention for Kate and Gerard too lol. Charter go above and beyond. So impressed with them.
