I never thought of blitzing the fruit and milk and doing it that way , sounds a good simple way of doing it, I am trying to eat healthier and this makes a good breakfast or even a lunchtime snack full of nutrients .

I'm at SW so have this often - especially at work. I use 40g oats, 2 fat free yogurts (I prefer vanilla or toffee) and either frozen raspberries or grated apple. Unlike others, I mix the oats, apple (sorry and cinnamon) and yogurts together (or put the rasps on top to defrost). Lovely, and very filling - and free on SW.

I use a small Kilner jar, put oats in and then cover them in almond milk (you can use whatever milk you wanted!) and then I squirt in honey or cocoa powder depending when I want. I leave that until the money and then either put in fresh raspberries, strawberries or bananas and sprinkle with chia seeds!

I make mine night before. Buy big bag of blueberries in Costco. Fill bottom of small Kilner jar, cover with 50g of porridge oats then cover that with a muller yoghurt. Nom nom.
The bag of blueberries lasts for ages.

Only just discovered overnight oats! DH made it for me using a method a friend showed him. Cup of oats then milk to just over the top of the oats. We add chia seeds, frozen raspberries and blueberries, and then just before eating I add a chopped banana.
