Mobile Just back last night, a few pits and peaks

Hi everyone, just got back late last night and all I can say is wow! It was our first time to DLP and we absolutely loved it. It was me, my partner and two daughters, 13 and 6 that went and we all really enjoyed ourselves.

Our peaks, just to name a few of course, the list is endless!

The weather, we had lovely weather throughout our five days there.

Sequoia lodge, the hotel is lovely and it is so handy being a 10-15 minute walk to the parks.

Surprising the girls on the Sunday morning with the trip, the moment was amazing, a moment I'll never forget.

Character breakfast at plaza Gardens.

Queues. The longest we saw a queue for was an hour. Luckily we managed to work our way round the parks so that the most we queued was 30 minutes. That isn't including queueing for the princesses, belle we queued for about an hour and a half and then aurora around 75 minutes.

Pits... Not many of course.

Rude people, I can't believe the amount of rude people there was. We're supposed to be in the happiest place on earth... Get happy or go home! Some people also just didn't seem to have any respect for the fact that everyone was trying to enjoy their selves. Yesterday when we was watching Mickey and friends celebrate 25 years show one lady was on the second to front row and was just stood up, everyone else was sat down. The lady behind her asked her to sit down and she said no. I didn't catch the reason but either way if you're unable to sit down move to the end and stand there so that everyone can enjoy the show.

Plaza gardens for tea. We really didn't enjoy it. The food wasn't very nice at all.

Although I enjoyed sequoia lodge I did notice dust all on the bottom of the wardrobe section meaning the room mustn't have had a good clean.

All in all a brilliant trip, we'd definitely go back.

Glad you enjoyed SQL is lovely.

Interested to hear that your PG breakfast was a peak as reviews haven't been great - more on the organisation of it I think.

It was very organised for our breakfast. They had around three characters go round a section of tables at a time. The first to come to us was tigger, piglet and eeyore. And then the next lot was daisy, Mickey and Donald although Donald was dressed as scrooge and signed the girls books as Donald McScrooge, not sure why.

Ah ok. Good to hear!

It wasn't Donald Duck - it's Scrooge McDuck (Donald's uncle), who does the PG breakfasts at the moment. Donald is in his own meet near Main Street so I'm guessing that's why he's not there. He's normally good fun!

Almost forgot one of best peaks of all, buffalo bills! It was ace. We got really good seats too but I reckon no matter where you're sat in the arena you would have a good view

Oh that's good to hear. We've been going for many years but due to various things we've never managed to do this. So we've booked for next week!
