we fly Wednesday and were allocated free seating for my ds12 and ds5 who both have autism plus dh and I as carers many weeks ago.however we waited and allocated the rest of us at 72 hours through flying club.we don't have (or need)a bulkhead or extra leg room seat

We have special assistance and they have always booked our seats for free.. give them a call.

You can actually add special assistance online and then book the seats free of charge you don't have to ring but its based on type of assistance. This is how I have always done mine.
