I emailed my request, I think there are online check in options as well. The best way is to check in as early as you can and be willing to wait for your room.

That's great news Jo, really pleased for you. BLT is a lovely resort, we always enjoy the pool when we stay there. I've never booked a Lake View as always opted for MK view but I'd recommend asking for a high floor so that you get a better view.
