I haven't but loads on here have done both. Never seen a bad review. Professional and secure, the two best things to have.

I've used them a few times to rent out my points and also to rent out an existing reservation that I had. They're very good. Money is paid quickly - 70% within 48 hours of making the reservation then the remaining 30% when the guest checks in

I've used them to rent out points - they were taken within a couple of hours. I found them very easy to deal with and would definitely use them again.

Whilst I haven't used personally, someone I knew said their points rented in 2 hours and they had 75% of the cash (I think that's the percentage David's hold some back until check in to stop you cancelling ) paid that same evening. Like Tom says, never seen a bad word said about them, just praise.
