Alamo Skip the counter

Hey, just looking for a bit of advice.
We have prepaid via Alamo brits for a dodge grand caravan. Have just completed online check in and followed the link to skip the counter. Even though we have prepaid it is saying we have an amount to pay at pick up which is equivalent to the cost of our hire... is this right as I would have thought it would have deducted the prepaid amount?
Any help would be much appreciated as always!

Its a known bug with reservations made through Alamo Brits. Just take proof of payment with you.. So far, no one has reported any issues at the exit barrier.

This happened to us too, apparently it's a glitch that has been ongoing for a while. Lots of dibbers have had it and those that have already travelled have reported that they didn't to pay again when they got to the booth so don't worry about it.

I have a print out of my original booking showing that I've paid and a copy of my card statement to confirm this too and I am going to take with me just in case.
