You can request a kettle from the front desk. We just take our own EU travel kettle.

I've not been yet (<2 weeks yey!) but when I called to add a note to my booking I asked if there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the guy on the phone said yes. I'll be disappointed if not, but then you can ask for a kettle at reception, you just have to leave a deposit I think.
I've not heard about there being fridges, but I'd assume not. |

We're just at the airport waiting for our flight home after staying in Hotel New York. We had a standard room and there was a kettle and teabags/coffee etc in there and it was replenished each day. It wasn't something we requested it was just there. Have a fab time it's a lovely hotel!

That's good it would be a bonus if we get that. Did you have an ice box supplied in the room? I read somewhere that there is an ice machine beside the lifts on the 5th floor.
Thanx William.

Kettles are rare in Europe, it's a British obsession. Take your own or ask at reception.
Ice machines are in the corridors. Can't remember if there is an ice bucket in the room as we have never felt the need to use one! We tend to take the Kenco 2-in-1 sachets of coffee which have milk in them already.

Yes, ice buckets were provided last time I was there, obviously just needed a bit of a clean before use.
