I've been using it for a while and i wouldn't say it helps me sleep, but I do have a more restful sleep. It makes me more relaxed, which is good. I use the Twilight spray on my pillow before I go to bed too.

I've tried it but it doesn't work for me. I really wish it did! 🙁

Thanks all. I have a 3 year old who settles fine but after 3 hours wakes and is up and down all night so may give this a go. Will it be ok rubbed on her back and chest Area? X

We use Bath and Bodyworks pillow mist. Really helps both DH and I sleep.

You need to put it where she can smell it so not on her back - maybe upper arms and/or chest? Do a patch test first of course
