I like 6 tablespoons of soy sauce mixed with 2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce.

Dead easy and really tasty

I always use Blue dragon Sriracha Chilli Sauce, chopped garlic, onion and red chilli peppers then depending on what we want some pasata or worceseter sauce with diced chicken or sliced beef

Now that's something that really doesn't appeal to me , I bet it's nice but I am a strange one with food , I like chicken and I like pasta but I just can't eat the two together
DD does a chicken pesto pasta sometimes when I am there, I have eaten it and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the taste of it but I eat it gingerly like I am being poisoned I usually opt to have something else now if she is cooking that .

I used to make a lovely stir fry sauce from a recipe that an old work colleague gave me years ago ( she was from some sort of Malaysian nationality ) I lost the recipe but it had in it .
Soy sauce
Garlic
Ginger
Tomato purée
A crumbled up chicken oxo cube
Dash of rice wine
Brown sugar

It was either a marinade to coat pork or chicken ( like the Chinese pork char su you get that's got the pinky red skin ) or you could use it to stir fry, it was absolutely delicious but I cannot remember any quantities

My DH is a great cook and makes amazing Chinese food.
For the sauce he uses,
Garlic
Ginger
Soy sauce
Dash of fish sauce
Sesame oil
Five spice
Pinch sugar
Chicken stock
Corn starch to thicken.

Sounds a lot but once the ingredients are in the cupboard they last ages.

Glad you posted this op as I had never even contemplated making my own sauce, I'm going to give it a whirl tonight see if the family like it better as they always wrinkle their noses up at the shop bought ones
